One phone call gets the process started, and we suggest that you call to schedule your favorite activities before you arrive on the island. In most cases, the fees for activities planning services are integrated within the activity cost itself, and activities discounts are passed on to you wherever possible.
In addition, Island Fractional Homes understands that some owners want a highly personalized set of concierge services to be available while they are visiting their home away from home. It may be a tee time, an in–home massage, dinner reservations, private party or event planning, pre–arrival grocery shopping, or simply transportation to or from the airport. Whatever you need while you’re here, Island Fractional Homes has arranged for concierge services for our owners. Because each owner’s use of concierge services will vary, we have adopted an à la carte approach, in which owners wishing to use these services will be charged a service fee, thus ensuring that owners pay only for the services they choose.
