Founder Randall Harris brings thirty years of business management experience to the leadership of Harris Fractional Consulting Group and Island Fractional Homes LLC. His extensive background in corporate management consulting with some of the world’s leading companies, combined with his fractional real estate development and consulting experience, has enabled him to quickly mobilize a team of the top professionals from every discipline to successfully complete any fractional resort or vacation home project, large or small.
Randall is also recognized as an early pioneer in the Hawaii fractional market. As a fractional developer, he has significant capital invested in Hawaiian luxury fractional properties, and his product offerings enjoy a stellar reputation and public recognition for their uncompromising standards of quality and professionalism.
As the principal of Harris Fractional Consulting Group, Randall has a keen ability to quickly analyze a project’s potential (whether raw land or completed vacation property) and to organize and lead his team of experts in development, marketing, sales, and all the other key aspects of fractional real estate projects. The company’s turnkey fractional services combine industry best practices with a wealth of practical, hands-on experience from the best minds in the business.

In his quest for better ways to educate and train those either already in or entering the fractional industry, Randall is the primary author of the definitive book on fractional real estate, a comprehensive 400-page, nuts-and-bolts guide covering every step of fractional development, marketing, sales, and management.
Consistently described by his clients as a focused, results-oriented professional who keeps their goals front and center every step of the way, Randall is known for providing astute analysis, candid assessments, and creative solutions for their projects. Before entering the fractional real estate industry, he served as a corporate manager and consultant, working closely with senior management teams and entrepreneurs in building their organizations and driving business results.
Specializing in business planning, project management, performance improvement, organization design, and executive development, Randall has held management positions in such leading companies as Rockwell International, SmithKline Beecham (now Glaxo SmithKline), and Amgen. He holds a BA from the University of California and an MS from Chapman University.
